At PCI, we have skilled millwrights to offer complete gearbox repair services, field consulting and trouble shooting. With our expertise in repairs, we can do gear replacement and modifications to your unit per your exact customer specification.

• Digital photos are taken of the gearbox upon arrival
• Run Gearbox and Load Test
• All gears, shafts, seals and bearings are removed from the case
• All gears are checked for cracks or any other damage
• Digital photos are taken of all damaged parts that are found
• After all inspections are completed a Teardown Report is generated
• A quote with detailed scope of work along with a Teardown Report is sent to the customer for approval
• Reassemble report is generated with all specs and conditions, along with a graph of the test run
