When We Receive a Gearbox…
- Digital photos are taken of the gearbox upon arrival
- Run Gearbox and Load Test
- All gears, shafts, seals and bearings are removed from the case
- All gears are checked for cracks or any other damage
- Digital photos are taken of all damaged parts that are found
- After all inspections are completed a Teardown Report is generated
- A quote with detailed scope of work along with a Teardown Report is sent to the customer for approval
- Reassemble report is generated with all specs and conditions, along with a graph of the test run
